What does lifetime warranty on the stitches mean?

If the seams on the garment split, we will repair or replace it. The warranty is not valid if the seam has split due to mechanical damage, such as tears or cuts due to sharp edges or tools. Nor is the warranty valid if the fabric of the garment is otherwise worn out. Please contact the shop where you bought the garment to make your complaint.

Where can I download low-resolution images of Blåkläder's products?

Go to the product catalogue and search for the product you would like. Click on Download JPEG and you will see an enlarged picture of the product. If you use Windows, right click in the middle of the picture and choose "Save target as".

Where can I download high-resolution images of Blåkläder's products?

To download high resolution product images, go to a product page and click on the tab "High resolution images".

What is EPS format?

EPS is an image format that is used for offset printing and which supports vectorised graphics. Our EPS images are high-resolution, 300dpi RGB. The images have cutting lines.

What is JPEG image format?

JPEG is an image format that is used on the Internet and is suitable for working with in Microsoft Office, for example. The images are low-resolution in order to take up as little space as possible and are not suitable for offset printing.

How do I go about obtaining sponsorship from Blåkläder?

Each year, Blåkläder sponsors a handful of sporting and cultural events. Send an e‑mail to info@blaklader.com and introduce yourself or your team, as well as sending a sponsorship proposal.

Can I get hold of Blåkläder's old advertising films?

We only publish current advertising campaigns on our website, but send an e-mail to info@blaklader.com and we will e-mail you older marketing material when we can.

What are your delivery times?

If your store places an order at our warehouse before 9.30 a.m., the goods are sent the same day. Delivery time varies to which country the delivery is planned. If the garment is to be branded or embroidered it may take longer than this.

Where can I find my nearest retailer?

To find your nearest retailer, please contact our customer service in your country. If we are currently not present in your country, please contact the Swedish headquarter by email info@blaklader.com.

I want to complain about a product, what should I do?

Talk to the retailer you bought the product from. The retailer returns it to Blåkläder, which makes an assessment and replaces it if there is a manufacturing fault. It is important that faulty clothes are returned to Blåkläder so that we can inspect them and correct the fault in the future.
